The trucks you train in have no air conditioning. Well they do but it’s broken. It’s summer time. You pay a lot of money to be here. Other than that it seems like a good place.

Great company. I went to trans tech to take my class A. I can’t speak on the class portion cause I did it without schooling. But the testing part is phenomenal. They scheduled me within a week of calling. Sent great study information over to make the pre trip a breeze. Everyone was so nice and professional. The examiners couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend this company for your cdl test. With COVID you have to get an appointment at the dmv they even gave me guidance around that and I was able to get my license the day after testing. Thanks again trans tech. I’ll be sending everyone your way.

My husband took the 2 week class and the instructor for the book work was really rude and kept calling him dumb because he had 6 months of driving experience. The instructors for the driving part were amazing.

Although I attended here in 2016, I'm sure there program hasn't changed much. Great mix of instructors who are truck drivers, all from different sides/walks of the trade. Just remember there predominantly teaching you to pass a test. You'll learn to drive that truck after you land your first position if you don't already have experience. Also remember this: don't drive the truck, drive the trailer. 😉

I took my skill test with Mrs. Bobbie. She made the expectations clear but, was polite and professional and answered all of my questions. She made the whole experience a lot better than I thought it would be. I will recommend transtech to others. Huge thumbs up!
