There parking in there’s not sure about over night. But. They got me a door 30 mins before my app and was loaded within 2 hours if that. So for a cold storage. As a truck driver you guys are appreciated

My appointment was for 1800, I arrived very early at 0500. Didn’t leave the place until 1912.

I like this place! They are always nice. You can park overnight and they open at 4:00am or 4:30am (not sure which) and they are pretty fast! Plenty of room to get in your dock door too! Drivers lounge with bathrooms and vending machines (usual stuff)!

Decent people. 15 trucks were scheduled to show at 5 a.m so we stood in the dark at the door till 5:20 when the door was open.
I showed a day early with their Idaho potatoes and was refused without consideration. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. but they get to the scheduled load when they feel it.
They did allow overnight parking and that helps make it all work.
Beautiful Florida property with a pond out front.

This place has overnite parking, checked in at 6 for my appointment , was loading and out by 07:30 , super friendly lady at the window.

Very nice people. Appt was at 10:00 got there night before. Checked in at 04:00 was done with paperwork in hand at 06:30. 3 1/2 hours early. Overnight parking is available also parked finishing 10 before I left.

Only reason I'm giving a one star is because office woman was very nice, but overall experience was terrible. Got here early for my appointment at 10:00 am and didn't get a door until 3:30 pm and didn't get paperwork until 5:15 pm and it was just sitting on the desk. So much for calling when we get it ready. If coming here I would advise you to bring plenty of food because you will be here awhile.

You can stay here overnight, in my case they took more than 7 hrs to unload my truck. I was delivering, don’t know what it took to get loaded.

Very friendly and fast. Only four stars due to them stating they do not allow truckers to sign bol "SLC"
This isn't actually a big issue as I always notate on the paperwork that is handed to me "driver not present on dock when loaded"
and I add the "SLC" to my signature as proof that I, the driver, was not present to count the load or load it.
Drivers, protect yourselves from liability of shortages and damages that are beyond that of transit issues.
You back into assigned dock with your doors closed. The dock personal open the doors from inside the building and once loaded, they close the doors and seal it from inside.
So if you want load locks on your trailer, advise the person at the window when checking in. Otherwise your load will not be secured once they finished loading you and you will not be allowed to break the seal.
