Update; The facility manager contacted me and apologized for what happened overnight. I was very thankful that he made the time to speak with me. From what he said these problems will be taken care of.
This place is a joke. I was given a door around 22:00 and I got into the door. After several hours I inquired as to why I hadn't been loaded yet and the shift that was on claimed that I had left at 22:15 and that I would have to reschedule for a new load time. I have loaded at several US Cold Storage locations and this by far is the worst one that I have ever been to.
Instead of doing what was right to correct the situation they wouldn't even lift a finger to do anything. I hope to never return to this location.

I would say this is a very nice place. They might unload you earlier. But not later. Not very difficult to park. Check in at security. Don't break the seal. 5 stars. Unloaded me earlier.

This place is very trucker friendly. Makes our job easy! 12pm appt...showed up at 11am...started loading at 11:45. There is a driver break room with restrooms and vending...and parking off the street if you're too early (everyone ignores the do not park signs apparently).

Good every thing is accurate having app time was at 22.30 but reached here at 18.00 they unloaded trl in 1 hour out at 19.00 help full SECURITY and STAFF Full 5 stars for them would like to come again if get load

1 am appointment got me right to door. They have you back up and bump your assigned dock with your doors closed. Then you walk to office at door 31 and give them paperwork. They will call you when your seal has been confirmed at dock door. Then you pull forward, open doors, then back up the the dock again for unload. They will call when finished. Do not pull away from dock until they call. Green light means nothing.Wait for call. Good experience.

Arrived 6 1/2 hours early and they put me in a door and I waited 6 1/2 hours to get unloaded. Could’ve managed the time better if I had known that. They told me they would work me in three different times yet trucks kept coming in and going out next to me. Doesn’t pay to get anywhere early anymore. No respect.

They do not play around... assigned a dock as soon as I got to the gate and already unloaded in under 45 minutes.. I had a full load from nose to tail.. 45 minutes if that.. didnt even have a chance to eat lol

I definitely delivery my load two days earlier than my appointment time. They dont screwed around getting my truck unloaded process was very fascinating quickly in 7 minutes. I got a door wasn't tighter at all. Over night parking is on the street and people are cool with me.

12am appointment. Not many people here. Quick unload even for a floor stacked frozen load. As soon as you turn off the service road on to downing. The entrance is immediately to the left.
