Came through @ 12:30 my broker told me they'll take me early ect.. nope, they've finally accepted me in @ 17:00 o'clock then got a dock @ 19:00 & was done @ 21:30 o'clock.
Those people doesn't care about truckers life.

Ok got here early, they helped me find my pick up no. Checked in and backed to a door 4 hours early. Started to unload almost right away. They were friendly, helpful and no pressure. I have no.complaints

Worst place ever !!! Dont come here !!! 8 hrs to get loaded, they damage my air bags for running hard on the trailer 2 of them $1000 fix plus get there 30 min late bc an accident and police close the road and charge me $205 dollars to wait 8hrs to get the load ! Call like 7 times to the office and they said dint know where i was,the worst place i ever been bf !!!! Soo slow and stupid workers ! I wish i can rate less than 1 star ! Do your self a favor and Stay away from here drivers !!! No safe place they dont care about the drivers !!

Worst experience even in place, checked in at the guard on time at 10am and guard take 10 minutes to double check my orders and PO, then told me to park and go to the shipping office and it take me 10 minutes to park since it was busy and once I went to the office there is few drivers on the line so I have to wait, once it is my turn at the window , it was 10:34am and the window man told me that I am late and need to pay late fee and I did, however I stayed to be loaded from 10:34am to 11:00pm, it took them almost 11hrs to load me. If you are owner operator avoid this place and please don’t even try to get load from them.
Horrible experience and I will never come back here again.

They took 5 hrs to unload me and the locking mechanism of dock 18 was broke so when I backed into the dock it bent mt bumper. They told me I could stay on their overnight so I could talk to safety in the morning and get their insurance info but they kicked me into the streets.
I went back in the morning to talk to safety and get insurance info. But they were in a meeting for 1 hr and than ran off to a 1hr lunch without taking to me. So I left with their email. I could wait around for the hr lunch and miss my next pick up but I don't want to mess up my companies reputation.

Got here at 04:15 pm, 09:00 pm now still waiting at the door. Talked to the supervisor at door 13, he said we had to change the forklift batteries and I didn't see you here when I started at 05:00 pm, very frustrating. Don't recommend this place.

Don't have a mechanical breakdown and be late here they charge a $200 late fee. They still will make you wait 8-10 hours to unload. No overnight parking. I was rudely woken up and had to move with no time on my clock. Big bald head mexican guy at dispatch was very rude.
