I brought in my 1970 25 ton custom trailer to the shop back in April and asked the to give me a price on changing over the brake system to spring brakes because I didn't like it when I hook up the trailer tried to take off. As they were looking over the trailer I also asked what it would cost to rewire from front to rear. I was told that it would run about $1300 for the chambers and all the air lines and this would include a new air tank. I was then given a price of between $500 to $600 to rewire the trailer. I then asked "Then it should be on more then $2000.00" and was told that was correct. It took them a while to get the trailer done, but that was fine because I was in no rush. When they call I told them that I was unable to come get the trailer at that point because my father just has a major Brain Bleed. Now we know how thing come in three. I then had a very good friend and my cousin die with in about 4 week of each other. So finally with everything taken care of I went and got the trailer today 10/29/2015. When I got there the bill was almost $2500 so I reminded them what they told me and that the cost was about 25% over what they told me but when it came right down to it they didn't care. They told me that was the bill and there was nothing that they would do about it. So I paid the bill and took my trailer but I will never do business with these crooks again.
