Valley DOT Physicals

Today was my first time ever completing a DOT Physical and I must say I was nervous. Then, after meeting Dr. Crider, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Crider was very professional and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend the service and will return for all future physicals. Excellent customer service with immediate assistance. Well done.

Unsatisfied with the customer service I received. This was my second time visiting and they looked me up and found me in their system and rather than offer to send me an existing copy of my valid physical which lasts two years they booked me and charged me again. Prices also went up since my last visit.

Very professional, affordable, quick service. Not like sitting at the occupational health clinics all day waiting to get served. Highly recommend for all your DOT services.

I "accidentally" ended up at this Physicians place looking to a DOT exam. Here's what happened. I wanted to get a Commercial Drivers License. I needed a DOT Physical. I used my Google navigation and asked, "What's the phone number to the closest DOT exam location?" I called and made an appointment. The appointment was for the NEXT day because it was so late in the day. The next day, I asked Google, "Where's the closest DOT Exam location?" Google led me HERE at Valley DOT Physicals. It was not the same place that I made the appointment yesterday. The Doctor came out and I proceeded to answer all the computer questions. After that, the OTHER Doctor's DOT place called me and asked where I was. I told them I was in the lobby. I was at the wrong place that the appointment was placed for. I explained the situation to Dr. Rogers when he came out. He told me that he can certainly understand the misunderstanding and that he could, with no problems, allow me to go to the other Doctor. he even told me where it was and how to get there and that he's sure they'd treat me well. At that time, I made up my mind to go ahead and continue with the appointment with Dr. Rogers. He went out of his way to do the right thing. I'm glad I made that decision, the other place kept calling me and told me that they were going to charge me for a missed appointment. BAD carma! ..... Go ahead, you know NOTHING about me. I'd go see Dr. Rogers again if needed with no worries! He's a great Doctor!

Great visit, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately my injuries could not be solved by Dr. Rodgers but after listening to my history and feeling around a bit, he was able to recommend an MRI specialist that will save me almost 1000 dollars from a previous quote. No sales pitches, no BS. Thank you Dr. Rogers!
