My customer service experience was very poor. I requested to talk to the mechanic due to my trucks issue & was denied. My trucks issue has not been solved & the communication has been very lackluster as they do not pick up phone calls. I’ve taken my truck 3 times for the same issue & they have yet to solve it.

So one of the service managers named Gunnar is by far the most helpful interactive cost efficient friendly and outgoing people you can hope to deal with at a dealership! I am beyond grateful to him and the rest of the staff there for the huge effort they made to get to me despite a long wait and get me done right the first time around! Nothing but the best coming out of this dealership! Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience. Had my truck towed in. They told me it would be 1-2 days before they can look at it. My truck was fixed by the end of the next day. the people in the service department are very nice. One of them even loaned me his car. Who does that? The only complaint I had was the drivers lounge. The seating isn't very comfortable and the TV wasn't working.

I called in early in the morning the service department said come right in that they will have me out by noon .. I sat in the driver lounge for about four hours until they said my truck will not be ready until 8:00pm
12hours later just for two front hub seals and alignment … I ask why service department made a huge excuse about the time .. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH NORTHWEST FREIGHTLINER
AND HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS… if you ever need work done go down the street there’s a good shop from other drivers where telling me DONT COME HERE AT ALL COMPLETE RIP-OFF WASTE OF TIME!!

It’s my first experience with Freightliner NW, and it’s around 24 hours now as I’m waiting for service after checking. Probably, it’s normal here, I don’t know. I’m still waiting and no idea when they’ll take my truck for service. After owner’s response. I’m company driver from Chicago, and was referred there by Anthony Truck Repair, my checking was #6061, your service manager was Tom. I gave you 5 stars because you read reviews.
