I waited here for awhole week for them to fix my DEF in my mack truck. Then I finally get my truck back and 5 hours later down the road, truck doing the exact same thing. Smh..thanks for nothing

Very fast and friendly service. I was recovering a truck that needed repairs and they got me in 1 hour after check in. They had me out 4 hours later. For the same work at Rush Peterbilt San Antonio. 2 weeks just to look at it then 2 weeks to fix, and 2.5 days just to bill you... These guys at Volvo? 4hours for everything.

One of the best sales experiences I've ever had. Mr. Clark was great to deal with. So far I haven't needed much service but I did have a recall and the service manager called me before I even got the recall notice in the mail and was great about working with my schedule to get me in and out while I waited since I'm from about 2hrs away.

Do not recommend the service department at the dealership. Parts are priced much higher than other Volvo dealerships in the area and elsewhere. They refused to do price match for exact parts until I sent a screen shot of the GM responding to a prior review left stating that they do price matches. Technician misdiagnosed my truck for a $4000.00 repair before finding another $2500.00 issue. Typical dealership that attempts to get other stuff done that is truly not needed. Avoid this location at all cost.

I brought my 2013 VNL 670 in due to hard start and rough acceleration issues knowing full well this was going to be a problem with my injectors. George in the service department kindly listened to everything I explained to him while writing me up for diagnostics. The entire process from initial diagnostics through the repair portion and on into billing was efficient and timely. The staff is friendly and forthcoming from start to finish. If you’re looking for a good, trustworthy service center to add to your network these folks are fantastic. I highly recommend Volvo & Mack Trucks of Waco to anyone needing major or minor repairs.

Part was available, but they are more expensive than any other Volvo dealers around in TX. They couldn’t match the price to Dallas or San Antonio,Austin dealers.

I was in desperate need of air. Most of the air on Pilot fuel island is broke. Goodyear's shop said the was unable to help. I asked the buce ppl at Volvo & the went out of their way. Everybody was very kind & sweet. I thank them zo much. Low steer tires can be dangerous, so these guys are life savers!!!
