The Parsons Kansas Walmart and their employees tonight we're way below satisfactory. We were trying to get our fishing licenses renewed we waited in sporting goods for 15 minutes. A walmart associate radioed for us to get assistance. No one showed up we asked another associate in electronics if they would radio for us. He was rude and commented rudely about us asking him. Upon going to customer service the lady behind the counter. Ignored us like we did not exist. This walmart is very rude and I will no longer go to this location. If this is how your company trains your employees on customer service. I want to rate parsons walmart at nothing but I am forced to give one star.

Well I'm not good when it comes to liars. I dont mind hurrying. But quit telling your customers you close at 11 and the registers shut down at that time. It's not true and it makes your whole store and company look bad. Well it wouldnt take much the stocking has gone done to not at all unless its basic needs. Well to my ten year old toys are basic needs. Stock your shelves or close but make up your minds. Better off driving to target!!!

Love the Wal-Mart grocery pickup! Have used it since March of 2020. Easy to use app which saves your favorites so shopping is easy. Checkout is easy, and if you forget something, you have time to go back and add it. The emails that you get when your order is ready have instructions for pickup, so simple. Pull into the designated spot, pop your trunk. You are in and out in 5-7 minutes. The associates that bring the orders to the car do a great job. This is a service that I will definitely continue to use.

The store itself is great. The deli on the other hand is another story. There is a gentleman that works there that you can tell loves his job. He is very friendly is always happy to help. The last two times I have been there the same lady was working,the first time she was shutting down the fryers 30 minutes early and tonight when I was there I asked how long wings had been sitting there she said she didn't know she just got there and then walked off. My family usually loves to eat from the deli but will make a point to only buy things when the helpful gentleman is working.

Absolutely wonderful! It's all about the timing...you can't beat late night shopping at your leisure with fewer patrons and excellent extra- knowledgeable customer service from the night stock crew. More quiet calm and relaxed environment. Love it!!
