Avoid -- get your boxes elsewhere, seriously. tl;dr: no one will ever email or call you back. If you are needing expedited shipping, don't bother, it's a scam. They won't get your delivery to you within the promised window. If you are not in a rush to get your items, it might be worth the risk to buy from here, but I really wouldn't trust it. ______________________ I was moving out of the country, and I needed boxes quickly. I paid for expedited delivery which they promised would get to me within 2-3 days of order placement. Great! I was moving on day 4, so that would work out well. Day 3 rolls around and I haven't yet gotten a shipping confirmation. My package hadn't even gone out! I had to go buy boxes elsewhere, as I needed them for day 4, and I emailed and called Wellpack to cancel my order. Seeing as they haven't even shipped out my order, that shouldn't have been a problem. I called multiple times and no one ever picked up. I also emailed multiple times and no one responded. I move out of the UK, and a week later (a joke) I get an email that my items have been dispatched. What?!?! So I was supposed to receive the items max on day 3, and now I just got the shipping notification on day 7... okay... Now I try calling them over and over, emailing as well, messaging through paypal to please cancel the order, tell the delivery company to return it to the warehouse, all to no avail. And I have yet to receive a response. I have now escalated the claim to paypal themselves to get my money back. I am really shocked by the service (or lack there of). Why have contact information if no one can get a hold of you?

I ordered some boxes on Thursday, paying £7.50 for next day delivery as I relied on this order to arrive on time. I still haven't received anything, sent 4 emails with no reply and tried to call them 10 times since yesterday, they never pick up the phone. Scam company, avoid at all cost.

Do not deal with this company. I paid for next day delivery on Saturday knowing it wouldn't get picked up until Monday therefore I was expect to get this by Tuesday. This did not happen, I rang and they promise id now get this by Thursday. So today (Wednesday) I rang to check it had been sent out and it's a good job I rang as they had not, they then rearranged the delivery and promised I'd get this next day (Thursday 08/12) but then I got an email stating I now won't get it until 13/12. The issue is I have a business and I'm trying to send a package so they have now delayed my business and caused me to loose £1100 due to the order being cancelled. Never again will I use these guys, very unprofessional.

I don't know why people writing bad reviews of this company. .. i personally visited this location and i feel very friendly atmosphere. Good Staff, good service, before i went this place i was thinking about that will i get 1piece of Product. But when i reached everything went down.. i got all answers which i asked to staff.. and i can got by clicking and collect... May be in online order you yave to face up some issues because of Courier service. After all i got best service. may be i will be regular customer of this Warehouse...
