Will not go back there again. Waited four hours to be told exactly what I already told them was wrong and then charged me 158$ for "diagnostic fee" after I refused to pay 2400$ for what my mechanic has already fixed for more than half less than that.

I find it totally disrespectful.  10 days waiting for a quote to do a job that will cost thousands of dollars.  My company has been calling Mike for 10 days and for 10 days they have promised to send the estimate that same day.  What a pity that a great dealer like Thermo King does not have serious and professional people.

Best Thermoking service ever! It's completely due to the employees. My truck was broke down for 3 weeks & was repaired elsewhere. It broke down again after 1 load & I was absolutely broke. Elias in service was absolutely incredible and nicer than any service person I've ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable & spent a lot of time trying everything he could to save me money & get my APU up & going again. Even Michael the service manager spent time with Elias after hours to get up & going & back to work. I can't thank Elias enough! They're definitely my go to dealership from here on! Thank you sooo much! Nate

This has to be the worst themo king in the nation in 6 months I have been here three times for same problems. The shop Manager has 0 customer relations skills. They started with servicing the apu and it didn't get anything fixed only a patch to get me out after a week of waiting. This is the third strike, I'm going anywhere else but here!!!

Excellent service, the technician did my write up and fixed my APU within a few hours. Building sign is small but there is plenty of parking for a truck and trailer.

My reefer was malfunctioning and I took it to this place and they found a leak. They welded the leak and recharge my system and replaced a worn belt. A couple hundred miles later my refrigeration system started malfunctioning again. I took it to another repair shop and it ended up that the weld I had failed. I called the shop the following day and emailed them the receipt for the repairs I had done. They reimbursed me 100% of my funds no questions asked. Anybody can make a mistake but not everybody will own up to it and they sure did. They were prompt they were thorough and they were friendly and they were honest. That means more kidney then a weld that failed.
