This dealership is one of the best shop's I've ever delt with people are so professional. I've been using this shop for about 14yrs im from North Carolina and come all the way here to get most major work done I've exceed over a 1million miles on my paccar mx13 with the craftsmanship these guys provided .Just to name a few Mike , Tyler, josh, Alex , and kevin in parts and Amand ,Terry, Nancy ,Ms Alice are some wonderful people to work with .Truly everyone there are great that I've can in contact with .Patrick parts manager great guy there should be more shop's like this around the country. Keep up good work and honesty when it comes to getting truck repairs done here 👍 5 stars 🌟 are not enough they exceed that .....Nick is a master when it comes to paccar engine 🙌 great guy .

Changing from 1 star to 3 star now to 4 stars, it's been a on going problem with my Kenworth T680, I been getting DEF related codes tooo long now, I have Tru-North warranty and Mike the shop manager and Josh the service writer work to look outside the box, Josh listened to me and what I said not just what the computer was going to tell them. He picked his best Paccar Technician and although my computer said aftertreatment system was ok Josh knew better they found it ran a little rough and found all 6 of my fuel injectors were causing my trucks problems. Mike the service manager worked with my warranty company and got 9365.06 paid towards my 9861.41 payed to get me on the road, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed hoping this is the end of my nightmare, thanks Mike Josh and my Technician who's name is unknown to me but I am grateful too as well

I just bought my truck from them, they did a poor inspection missed a wiring issues and costed me $1000 tow to Madison Kenworth (they where great) then they missed a DEF Cap issue and I will be charged, next a check eng light came on, I got it checked out and was told it's just a up date, I made a appointment a week in advance for 4/2/20 and told them I needed it Friday morning, its Friday and they never even looked at it yet, disappointing for a new customer, now I got to cancel my load for this weekend MORE MONEY

Every time I go into a dealer that brings a big concern especially how it's the pocketbook as an owner operator. That was not the case here. My first introduction was with Greg the night manager and with Mike and Ryan during the day all in service department. These gentlemen were very very professional and experienced. I had good luck.

Love that they were open 24 hours. I was looking to replace a turn light on my truck and they had the perfect replacement. Only complant was there wasn't any promptness to the sale not that I was in an extreme rush. Otherwise a very large selection of common parts.
