Your reckless driver on I-94 heading west into Milwaukee at around 9PM nearly killed us on 2/2/24. Twice.
First he nearly rammed us while we were in the second to far right lane. We had to slow down as a car was going to cut in front of us. Your inpatient driver got within feet of our bumper (complete with our DISABLED plate) and threw on his BRIGHTS and rode our bumper with his brights on.
He then passed us and a few miles further up (by the 76th street freeway exit heading west) and PURPOSELY changed lanes in front of us before he cleared us causing us to slam on our brakes so he wouldn't side swipe us.
You are endangering lives by keeping drivers like this on the road.

GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. Don't book any loads with this broker they DO NOT pay. The AP is the owner and apparently she eats a lot because she is always out for lunch. Factoring company also confirmed they are going out of business.

We ordered a mattress which was supposed to be delivered. On the scheduled delivery date, ABF freight called to inform me that they had damaged the mattress and would not be delivering it. We reordered a new mattress and 4-5 months after first order, our 2nd mattress was scheduled to be delivered. We got rid of our old mattress and then got a call from ABF that the truck they dispatched was too small for the mattress and would not be delivering it…they wanted to reschedule??? WAIT WHAT??? After waiting 7 hours, GARRETT with Steamboat Transportation called me to say he had dispatched his men and they were going to pick up our mattress and would be delivering our mattress as soon as the pick it up! WOW!!!! His men were there shortly thereafter and similarly nice, professional and helpful! Amazing company!! Garrett is amazing, his crew was Amazing and the entire company is the same!! Thank you GARRETT!!

There is a young lady that works here named Hannah Holland. I've never met her but she was the one that took my phone call for a load I had brokered through you all recently. She was an absolute joy to deal with on the phone. I have no clue what her pay is but it is not enough. She needs a raise immediately. She was patient and kind and went out of her way to help me. If I wasn't already married, I would ask her to marry me. She has A+ customer service skills that are sorely lacking in the corporate world these days. She is a rare breed indeed.
