Highway Robbery I asked for a fuse holder, and they added the fuse into the bill. NOT INSTALLED, $82 for 16 worth of parts. $48.51 for the fuse holder. (4x price for TKC 41-7008) PLUS $33.17 for a $4.77 fuse??? (7x price for TKC 41-9758) This is their business-to-business rate? They claim that ThermoKing sets the price, but online orders thru another party offers the lower price, with free shipping. And, if that isn't enough, the part is NOT warrantied and the Seller is NOT liable for any damages to your equipment. What do you think?

They got me in and out pretty quick for an APU service, which was great. The cost for the APU service was around $340 to $400 for an oil and filter(3 filters I think..oil, air, cabin filter)change. The price can vary based on the labor charge, the amount of time charged. Also,this seems to be the going rate for Thermo King locations in my area.

They left my APU like new, nice people to deal with.

Five stars hands down I had an APU that went down found a broken ground wire and then figured out alternator was bad in and out and under 2 hours Matt and his crew are absolutely phenomenal thank you again for your excellence and service A little difficult to get into as they sit in behind yellow freight do not take the wrong Street

Excellent!!! Absolutely the nicest people you will ever meet here. Honest trustworthy and did the job right. Apu is fixed running perfect with no problems. Next pm svc or God forbid any other problems I am coming right back here and I suggest you do the same if you have a thermo king apu

These guys are wonderful. Had a my unit throw codes n shut down. They had the kindness to call me back stating that the road service may be useless if I needed just my unit recharged with freon and would have to go to the shop anyways. This in itself saved me n my company extra money. Drive to their shop, which is very easy to get to. Dropped trailer and they diagnosed the problem which unfortunately the part is on national recall. But still they got me up and running in as quick of time as possible all while I was able to finish out my break. Thank you all very much for your wonderful techs n fast service I will recommend you to anyone in the Buffalo area that needs service.

Took my APU unit three times, paid over $2,000 and unit still not functioning. DPF shuts system off. Incompetent bunch of service guys. Good for nothing.

Apparently we see things differently. I spent $1,786.83 at this shop on 8/7 on to have an APU FIXED- not just parts replaced. The photo below was taken the NEXT DAY! After never even having left town! Not hauled a single load! This has been a recurring theme with this shop. I have spent a fortune here. So-called repairs have never held up long- many times breaking down literally in a day or two! I feel that, for the money spent- I deserve to be able to depend on this APU. Anything less is a ripoff, and this shop has been ripping me off all summer.

Great,professional,helpful staff and great customer service, I will recommend this location to my friends to get the great service there.

Obviously this is A dealer with crazy expensive labor prices.
