Hotels and Motels

Show On The Map

Dcontrol  truck-friendly hotels and motels are accommodations that cater specifically to the needs of truck drivers and their vehicles. These types of lodging facilities offer services and amenities designed to make the stay of truck drivers more comfortable and convenient.

Truck-friendly hotels and motels typically offer ample parking space for large commercial vehicles, along with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, and 24-hour front desk service. Some may also provide access to laundry facilities, fitness centers, and on-site restaurants.

One of the key benefits of staying at a truck-friendly hotel or motel is the ability to park large commercial vehicles safely and securely. Many of these accommodations have designated parking areas specifically for trucks and other oversized vehicles, providing truck drivers with peace of mind while they rest.

A directory of truck-friendly hotels and motels can be a valuable resource for truck drivers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while on the road. These directories typically include information on the amenities and services offered by each facility, as well as user reviews and ratings to help drivers make informed decisions about where to stay.

Whether traveling for work or leisure, truck-friendly hotels and motels provide a comfortable and convenient place for truck drivers to rest and recharge before continuing on their journey.

Excellent service provided by Patrick Orneales, hesitant at first but overall friendly.

Thank you! He strives for making everyone else happy!
It worked when there wasnt much to choose from. Last minute, smoking, affordable, and had the dogs. If I had more options this would not be the 1st choice. Wasn't Feels a bit wasn't clean either. Missing Little things like garbage can, Parked to the door lock, air conditioner covers one room there was a scissors Jack for a car holding up the air conditioner., But it worked.

Its more for people renting by the weeks or even months. However it is a place to sleep for the night if need be.

Felt very unsafe here. Outlet by sink was hanging outside the wall and had exposed wires. Breakfast was not served. Did not think my car would still be there when I woke up.

Okay for a cheap motel, rooms are pet friendly despite what some reviews might say. $10 pet deposit, which is very cheap compared to other hotels. Room was fairly clean, but shows it’s age. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Only complaint was room smelled like weed, and the bathroom felt like a broom closet that hadn’t been remodeled in years.

Had the absolute worst experience here. They wasted our time, left us hanging in need of a place to stay, and were insanely rude from the start. We had booked the room late in the evening in need of a last-minute stay. Most hotels in my experience only require the ID of the person booking which we had, but when we arrived the front desk lady (who was extremely rude from the start), demanded the IDs of everyone staying in the room, and my friend who was with me had left her ID at home. Despite the fact, we had already paid for the room, tried to show photos of her ID and Passport, and even provided a physical college ID she wouldn't accept anything and refused to let us stay.

It was a bed for a night when flight diverted from Dallas. Room had marks on mirrors, hairs hanging around shower etc. Debris on floor. Started my morning by stepping in shower and getting a chunk of glass wedged into the bottom of my foot. Sheets were clean and bed was the firmness I needed. There's the one good thing.

Nice clean rooms and affordable pricing especially if you get more than one night

Very sketchy part of town, family was scared walking from car to lobby and didn't feel any safer once inside, rooms are very run down, and walls so thin you can heat people talking next door and in the halls. People at the front desk were super nice but that didn't override actual fear of being in this part of town. Would not recommend.

AWFUL!!!! We booked the jacuzzi suite over the phone. We arrived after 10:00 pm to be told that since we have a dog, we could not book the jacuzzi suite. They told my husband, "Since you were honest about the dog, I'm not going to charge you for it." We were booked into a different room, #239. We get in to discover running water out of the bathtub. It will not shut off. So we go down to the front desk. Someone else is on. We're informed that that room is out of order and shouldn't have been booked, so we are moved to a different room, #339. Had to fill out new paperwork, got charged for our dog, which is fine because that is their policy We were supposed to have a AAA discount, but it doesn't look like it was applied. We get to room 339, there is no water going to the toilet. My husband messed with it and got it to flush, but we have to mess with the tank every time we use it. I want to leave, but frankly we are exhausted after driving almost six hours to get here. It's now almost 11:40 p.m. and we are finally settling in, waiting to speak to someone in the morning. The furniture is stained and the hotel is out of date. Don't stay here!!!

It was an ok experience. The bed wasn't completely clean. Saw some hair near the pillows. The pool was decent. Open until midnight was good as we had a late night swim. The pillows were great as I don't like fluffy pillows. Finding the elevator after checking in was the hard part. Signs outside marking the elevator entrance would be suggested.

Don't be a lame. It had a great ice machine. Strong water pressure. I didn't have to ask for a fridge or a microwave. COLD ac is a huge plus in my book. Right next to the airport. Not the greatest beds but I slept. It's a little dingy but it's definitely not the worst I've ever stayed in.

This experience was the absolute worse. The room was unclean and the dust was unbearable. I couldn't even finish my stay. I checked out within the hour. I was promised a refund of both the deposit and the cost of the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I waited 2 days to see if I would get refunded as promised. The management stated they don't give refunds. When I told them why I expected a refund and about experience they informed me that they fired the cleaning lady. The bed sheets were stained and uncleaned. The towels I received looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. The floor hadn't been cleaned. The walls looked as if someone had digged in there nose and whipped the residue on it. This place isn't healthy and isn't fit for accommodating anyone or thing. Unbelievable that the heath department allows it to stay open.

The Good: Friendly Staff / Room service. The Bad: Shuttle to Disney refused to take stroller. Shuttle is not from the hotel but third party, pushy on tips. Shuttle does not go to park but goes to a transportation center from wish you can go to some parks. Locals show up to get the breakfast. Motel charging hotel prices. Pool is dirty. WiFi in room is spotty

Definitely one of the better days inn. Not a resort, but it's clean close to everything, and quite. Owners are super nice.

The only hotel from my childhood that's still standing. Pensacola Beach is literally right down the road. It was always a treat to stay here and play the super nintendo in here in the 90s. They've upgraded the rooms, and it offers a nice view of the bay. What I don't like at some point they shrank the pool, and the rooms got way less affordable.

We had such a great stay!! This is a no-frills hotel, for sure. But the price is great for being across the street from public beach access!! The rooms were clean, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. There is also a pool with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, but there’s coffee available in the lobby and a decent sized refrigerator in the room, so went to the store and stocked up on snacks and drinks. Great find, and we will definitely see you again next summer!! ☀️🌊🏝🐠🦀☀️
