I recently purchased items from a vendor in China and didn’t realize the vendor didn’t assist with customs clearance. After some research, I submitted a request online for help, and Logicstics was one of the companies that reached out. They stood out from the others as the best value for money. Their team was extremely informative and helpful, guiding me through every step of the customs process. They kept me updated regularly, which gave me peace of mind. I would like to extend my deepest thanks to the Logicstics team for organizing my LCL shipment (21 boxes) from Brookline, MA (USA) to Joinville-le-Pont (France), with special appreciation for Edward James. Edward and his team were consistently present, professional, and fully engaged at every stage of the process. Despite contacting Edward very late, in mid-July 2024 (with my return flight to France scheduled for July 31st), Logicstics managed to organize the entire shipment in under five days! For someone unfamiliar with shipping services, navigating taxes and understanding all the involved stakeholders can be incredibly complex and stressful. From the outset, Edward was transparent and thorough, patiently addressing all of my numerous questions. The value for money was outstanding. I would particularly like to highlight that Edward remained attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. In the early stages, Luiz Suarez was also efficient in gathering various cost estimates, including insurance. On the day of the shipment (July 19th), I was contacted by Dorine Fradin, the Import Coordinator at AGS France, who handled customs clearance, ensuring I avoided additional taxes. She was my point of contact in France throughout the move. Additionally, thanks to her team’s flexibility, I was able to modify the delivery address slightly (by a few kilometers), which I greatly appreciated. I received my shipment on September 6th, and a few days after the delivery, Sandy Sidlauskas reached out to ensure all my needs had been met. In conclusion, I highly recommend Logicstics for managing your shipment.

Excellent service with my move to Japan. Edward was very knowledgeable and could explain the complicated transportation process in a manner that a novice could understand. He was a miracle worker when one was needed most. He went out of his way to assist. Awesome service, I highly recommend it!

I recently downsized due to being an empty nester. I wanted to get a smaller place and sell everything and go to Europe, and that is exactly what I did. I used Logicstics not because they were the cheapest but they were the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me or take advantage. They were fair and personable. I am so glad I took the chance and made this choice. It was a tough decision to leave all I have known for my whole life, but they made it much easier for this old lady. Undoubtedly would recommend.

Neal and the whole team are amazing! They're on top of everything from the get go! It was definitely a smooth process thanks to all their efforts, I could rest assured that everything was being taken care of. Came in very efficient timing and very professional plus added some humor to the job as well instead just an "I TOLD SO" L AND R WILL ALWAYS HAVE ME WITH THEM AND THEY WILL HAVE BACK AS WELL! I would also like to add one big detail, I was stuck the night before Leo came to get and my first move was to call AAA but after 4 hours all services around 7:30 at night either couldn't help because they were closed or I was out of their jurisdiction. The following day they set me up with an appointment and the window had closed they just came out and said my membership didn't cover this kind of assistance because I wasn't on a state recognized street nor would I be reimbursed after being told I would be.

One of our units was out of service this evening on I-4 East near Champions Gate, We found this company on Google and they were very fast to get to the rescue to tow our minivan to the dealer for repair. Leo gave us an excellent, safe and fast service, including a reasonable price for a Saturday night. I had a great experience with these guys. They were very professional and personable in our time of need. We were visiting, and had some car trouble. They were very quick to pick up the car and myself and transport me to the dealership. The driver was awesome and we talked the whole way. It made the time go by faster. I am very happy with the services from these guys. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had electronics items, including a TV and soundbar and few other boxes, shipped from the USA to India and was impressed with the service. John promptly returned our call for a quote, visited the site within days as he promised and even gave a heads up when he was on his way with an eta. He listened to our quirky wishes, considered them and reassured us whatever we wanted was possible. Through all the stages he carefully and respectfully oversaw the project, regularly checking in to make sure we were happy. Reassuring us all was on track or resolving any concerns or issues we had.
