Ronald Olszewski Jr. for Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Pontoon Beach, IL
Staff did a great job. I'm pretty sure the $40 tip I gave to a wash guy to split amongst the employees just got pocketed though. I'll be sure to give it to crew leader from now on.

When you are OTR 7-days a week practically 365 as a motorcoach operator, I must admit, it is such a blessing to have BLUE BEACON 24-hr truck wash available. Awesome customer service when we come in once a week to have our motorcoach’s cleaned. Always have our motor-coaches looking awesome and rims sparkling.

I had my truck washed and had to take it back in a second time because my hood had dirt streaks a foot wide on it and my breathers weren't clean. Not gonna go a third time! my truck still isn't clean for a 100 bucks it should be. Don't waste your time or money here.

TRI ACE FREIGHT for Castro Tire Services & Truck Wash
Poor customer service. A tire on our truck had blown. Additionally, the driver gave the wrong tire. After providing us with an estimate, Castro's Tire Services charged our account $200 more than what was initially agreed upon. When we contacted for clarification, the clerk was unfriendly and acknowledged not adding an initial fee. Oh, I forgot, was her justification. That is a terrible business practice. Our driver had to wait an excessive length of time for a new tire. Customers' dissatisfaction with the service they receive makes sense to me.

The staff there is very professional. I've been to a lot of Blue Beacons all over the country, and this is one of the better ones. Don't pass them by if you need a wash!

Mathew Bowen for Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Odessa, TX
If you're on 20, in Texas, and want to get your truck washed Blue Beacon of Odessa is the best one. The wait time can be long sometimes, but well worth the wait. Much better than the Weatherford location.

Wesley King for Little Sister's Truck Wash
Well, I got to give it to them. Little Sister's Truck Wash in Fontana, CA. has definitely got Blue Beacon beat. Their price was close to the same, maybe even cheaper for the amount of work, than Blue Beacon. They didn't just spray it with a pressure washer. They actually put a brush on the entire truck and trailer. I even saw them brush the back of the cab, and in between the tires on the drive and tandems. Then, the towel dried the cab & put Armour-all on the tractor and trailer tires. Now, given it wasn't a perfect job and 1/2 of the Armour-all came off of the tires after I left, they did a heeluva job considering the shape of my truck when I brought it in. I think from now on, I will wait until I come back to a place like this to get my truck washed each month. I definitely ain't wasting my one truck wash a month on Blue Beacon any more.

Eric Wallis for Big D Truck Wash
I used to recommend this place but their quality of work has really gone downhill the last year or so. It became so often they'd miss spots that I eventually stopped coming. It got to the point I'd have to correct numerous mistakes not once but twice every time I stopped in. Their water is dirty and their water pressure isn't enough to get the grime off like it should. They've lost my business after 3 solid years and it seems Rayland (owner) hasn't done much to improve the quality of the work being done. The guys are friendly but that's all these guys have got going for themselves now sadly. I hated to throw 3 years of service away but I can do a better job at home and save myself the money.

Golfn Gawd for Danny's Big Rig Resort
Danny’s has 4 wash bays and they do a good wash, 4 service bays and you’ll get more for your money on PM’s than anywhere else. They have trailer washout that’s separate from the wash bays, it’s located next to the polishing area and those guys do a great job polishing. Most importantly, they have covered parking for $14 a night and it makes a HUGE difference in the Arizona sun.

Only went there twice, was really pleased. The team did a really good job. Took off spots that was really hard to get off. Going to stop at this location when going through. Fellas keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌

T Symo for Toms Brook Truck Wash
I’ve been here twice First time wash was great. 2nd time it was not as good but still better than beacon I think this time it was due to some of the help not doing their job?? But for the ones that did do theirs it appeared they went above and beyond to cover the parts done by the guys who didn’t I still don’t get how areas can be missed when it’s hand and brushed washed and wiped down? Either way I will continue to come back as the misses were very minimal

Prime Inc. will no longer be using the services of this business due to multiple situations where they were extremely rude and unkind to our operators. Our operators are our family, and we expect them to be treated as such.

Never coming back again. hand truck wash with 3 people working on it. To the younger man there get rid of the older gentlemen and hire some help. I had to point out a lot of spots to be cleaned the acid for the crome wasn't all that. Truck was still dirty. And after all that said and done the older gentleman started asking 4 a tip I said $10. He then said its going to be $5 each for two people what about the 3rd guy? Ha? He got $15 out of me for a tip . Here is another tip if you do a great job no need to solicit for a tip.
