Took the truck in on Wednesday around 1700, but they were backed up and couldn't look at it until Thursday morning. Ordered and replaced the bad sensor, and had me rolling at 1500 Friday. I've had much worse experiences. The only real downside is the nearest hotel being 12 miles away. Peterbilt really needs to drop that 2 hour guarantee garbage they try to push. I've never hit a Pete shop and had service that fast. Even in my old KW before COVID. Whoever started that garbage needs to be canned. It's just insulting.
