I WAS REAR ENDED BY A XFINITY CABLE COMPANY DRIVER I.M ON HOLD FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO ANSWER SO THAT I CAN FILE MY CLAIM CURRENTLY HOLDING FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MIN AND NO ONE HAS YET TO ANSWER THE PHONE DO NOT USE THIS COPANY !!!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SUCH A BIG COMPANY WOULD USE SUCH POOR INSURANCE COMPANY. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO REACH OUT TO A ATTORNEY MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS THEIRS. CAN NOT BE HOLDING ON A CALL JUST TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE. THIS IS CRAZY!!!!
