They gave me a 2-hour window to be there on the spot. Currently waiting now and going on 3-hours now (who knows how much longer). They definitely need to improve their communication to the customer as they do not give updates if a delay in delivery is expected. I called both driver and office, and all I heard was excuse after excuse with no take of responsibility. I do not give reviews EVER (good or bad) but this is deserved. Very unprofessional.

It was an awesome visit! My Aunt Diane's internment was at St.Mary's Cemetery in Colby this morning. It was arranged for us to have a meal afterwards which was held here. The food, service and restrooms were top notch. The atmosphere made you very comfortable to open up and talk with the other grieving relatives. Some I haven't seen nearly 50 years ago! Great place. Only complaint I had was. I purchased several items and when I was checking out. the lady behind the counter didn't put the stuff in a bag. She just looked at me and said the bag is right there pointing to a bag on the counter. She had to litterly reach over the bag, grab an item, scan it and reach over bag again and put it on the counter. Unbelievable!

The wait staff was good. But that is where it ends. The burger tasted like it was full of cereal filer. Worst burger I think I've ever had. Asked for some more lemonade, was told no refills. Have to pay for a refill. Last time I was here Pepsi was bottomless. Now maybe if it were real lemonade with lemon pulp in it, yes I might be able to see a small refill price. Probably will not stop again. It saddens me to to see this place going down. Place was all but empty. Hope they do something to improve, always like this place.

I've heard about this place over the years but never tried it. Why did I wait so long! Food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. Our server, Kim, was very nice and our food came out quickly. Great menu selection, too! Highly recommend!!

Have heard so many good things about this place so we decided to try it out for brunch today. First thr place is bright and very clean. Our server Stephani was awesome, friendly and very attentive. The quality of the food and large portions was excellent. We will be back again soon.

We always have a good experience when dining here. Great home cooked food, nice portions and fair pricing! The wait staff is super friendly too. The only think I don't like is that they refuse to offer any creamers for coffee. They only provide half&half and if you want a dairy free option you are out of luck. Most other restaurants offer mini creamer containers, I don't know why this diner doesn't?

Third time I've been here, finally rating it. The people are nice, and the store, bathrooms and showers are average. But the service and prices at the restaurant are terrible! The food tasted off, eggs and veggies were strange (just not right, possibly not the real thing) and the corned beef hash, while not bad, was way over priced! 4 bucks for a patty of it the size of a McDonald's hamburger patty!?!? The waitress was friendly initially, but once the food was delivered I didn't see her again until it was time to pay. Never got asked if I needed a refill, or how the food tasted. Seems like ALL the staff here were more interested in socializing with each other than anything else. Overall, I was disappointed, but not surprised. Standards have dropped dramatically up here, and it used to be so much better...

Have come in here a few times for an early breakfast. First off, they treat you like any other well known, every day trucker/ person that goes their every day. It's very enjoyable to find yourself in conversation with strangers and waitresses over anything. Their menu is extensive and very value oriented. The prices are nothing compared to what you eat, the value you get is insane. I got a huge breakfast, coffee and OJ for 7 dollars. They are open 24/7, like wow, that's dedication to their people. Be sure to give those servers some healthy tips, they deserve it. I cannot speak much for the convenience store as much as I've been in it twice. It seems like an enhanced gas station with more immenitese for on the road travel. Every time I've had an excellent experience, very quick friendly service. Simple, value oriented diner food, and it's right along where I travel. Win win all around!

Normally I'd say they have amazing service and I love their food. But this time it was all messed up. I ordered gravy fries on the side and my boyfriend ordered a burger and mozzarella sticks. My fries were with his burger and while eating my fries I got pickels mixed in with them. And he didnt get his mozzarella sticks. Pretty disappointed

Had the best experience of my life here. Came in on an early morning slightly (very) inebriated with my brother. Ordered a ton of amazing food and to my shock after being denied from my brother, THE WAITRESS BUTTERED MY PANCAKES. It was amazing. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Classic "truck stop", under renovations at the moment, will reopen soon. Good food (Always get the special, it's there bc it's one of their specialties), good service, great prices. Pick up a gallon of milk and a candy bar, eat a hot dinner, and fill the tank all in one stop!

Nice little truck stop tucked in behind Peterbilt dealership. Got in too late to get food as the kitchen was closed for late Sunday evening, but showers and fuel still open. Shower was very clean and good price. I recommend stopping here before going into Vermont.

The Lee Service plaza is one of the last places I thought I'd ever leave review for, but here it is. They have the typical McDonald's but also have Papa Gino's for pizza and Fresh City for salads and healthier sandwich wraps. We got our lunch from there and it was quite acceptable for turnpike food. The rest of this service plaza was pretty much as expected.

I was hauling Trailer from Michigan to Massachusetts along I-90, never thought service plaza be on I-90, Tractor-trailer can also park here overnight. Food, Bathroom, and Games are available. Nice and clean.

Absolutely disgusting. Urine and bugs on the floor in the bathrooms, no toilet paper. When I mentioned to the staff, they were rude. AVOID THIS STOP AT ALL COSTS. Very very grosss!

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. I would say the only con is that the food price is outrageous. Too fast food meals shouldnât cost the same as a steak dinner. And if youâre paying that much for McDonaldâs, then there should be no mistakes whatsoever. Especially seeing as an order to turn around do you have to drive 30 miles, so if they forget something out of your order through the drive-through youâre screwed.

Truckers: lot fills in quickly before 6pm.. Do not double park.. Do not. Park on ramp blocking entrances. DOT/trooper patrolled. You been warned..5 minute idle.. unless absolutely needed and justified..
Cars: ample parking in car lots.. Do not park in truck lanes..
Buses: dedicated bus lanes embarking/disembarking. Idle time 5 minutes.unless absolutely needed or justified..
Easy in easy out.. Bathrooms, food, misc products, coffee, fuel gas/diesel.

Always stop on our way to NE Kingdom , Lake Champlain, Rt 100 or elsewhere in Vermont.Well kept throughout, love the message board at front desk about weekly events, very friendly (but not intrusive) front desk information people.Summertime, regional organizations have snack table for any donations.

ALL windshield washing basins at all pump locations apparently long empty and bone dry. Most missing windshield scrub/ squeegee tool.
Coffee very very weak and watery, and that was their dark roast. Wish they would return to Green Mountain brand coffee.
Wish former vendor would return. All Town brand franchise not getting it done like other did.
Suggest keep motoring west to exit B3 New York. Two truck stops there.

I enjoyed the use of the toilet here. As I recall, I really needed a rest stop, and Ludlow loomed large like lighted lodge, tantalizing tortured tourists with its terrific toilets. Yes, I peed. But more than that, I found poetry. And that, truly, is beauty in an otherwise ugly world.

There is an EZpass service center here. The EZpass staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and creative solving a complicated EZpass problem, while also trying to eat their lunch. Really remarkable.

If your traveling you will likely need to stop at this rest area. It has every amenity one could expect including many food options as well as a mini mart and huge bathrooms so you'll never have to wait in line to use the restroom. Also, the keep the restrooms impeccably clean. Every time I've stopped here there just happens to be a cleaning lady in there cleaning up, which I love as I'm a wicked germaphobe đđ

One of the more upkept and clean stops. Restrooms are large with lots of stalls as it does get busy and there's always someone in there stocking and cleaning.
Mini stop to get what you need and a few different fast food vendors.

Nice place to stop for gas and food. Totally over priced but the convenience of it being on the highway is so worth it. Also, there are 2 others a little farther down which are the same thing. But for a quick pee break it's not usually busy. I stop all the time while on the road.

Great place to park if you're picking up someone at Logan and you suddenly find out the plane is late. Well lit parking lot. Easy access in and out and for gas. Small selection of standard fast food. The garbage collection is a little haphazard though.
