Inspections

In the Inspections section, you can store all  inspection documents to always have access to the necessary information.

To add company inspections, you need to click Add new inspections, the form of adding inspections will open.


The inspections adding form consists of two sections - General information and Driver and equipment info.

The General information section contains the following fields: Number, Date, Inspection ID (required fields), and State and Status fields.
The Driver and equipment info section contains information about the driver as well as the vehicle related to this inspection.
Also in this form there is a field Description, where you can add an additional description or make a note.

This section also contains information on all inspections of the company that have been recorded in the FMCSA register.
This information will be displayed automatically at the USDOT number specified when registering your company.
