Š¢ickets
In this section you can save all the tickets of your company so you can quickly find the documents you need.
Clicking on the Tickets menu item will open a page where all added tickets will be displayed.
To add a new ticket, click on the Add new Ticket button, the following form will open:
This form consists of the following sections:
General information, Court information, Driver and equipment info
The section General information has the following fields - ticket number and date (required fields), state, as well as Violation Code and Violation Type
The Court information section contains information on the date of the court, the court decision, and, if a fine has been imposed, the amount of the fine.
If the company has already paid the fine, it is possible to mark the payment of the fine - Court paid
The Driver and equipment info section contains information about the driver as well as the vehicle that is relevant to this ticket.
