We have come here many times before and it was great but the last few times have been awful. They got a new team lead that has a bad attitude and doesn't care. The team follows his lead. Today we asked for the works. They shut the hood before washing it and then sprayed my husband twice (the second time on purpose) when he tried to ask them to open it back up and wash it like we paid for. They only half washed it upon the second request. They show very little concern for the customer or the quality of work that they do.

After 4 attempts to get the dirt off my wheels, still dirty! Bugs on the front of my coach, still there. And I was actually asked "is that good enough?" Getting a clean vehicle and the job done right the first time would have been "good enough". Then, all of the dirt on the road in front really sticks nicely to the wet surface. Not Blue beacon fault. But, still. I'll skip this place from now on. Sadly it was about as good as I have come to expect from a streaking beacon!

Another half done job by blue beacon this is becoming the norm for them at one time I'd have my guys wash the trucks every week but with these types of results it's just a waste.Good work is hard to find nowdays.
