Great Customer Service when you get to speak/work with someone but its hard to get thru on the phone and when you do, they make you give them your number so they can call you back because they are so backed up. Its been that way for years and it doesn't appear like that will change anytime soon which is a shame because the majority of the time you end up having to call them back because they forget to call or just keep taking new calls as they cone in when they start to get caught up. Why they insist on staying under staffed instead of hiring more Parts Department personnel to handle the large volume of parts requests they continuously have I'll never understand. All that aside, the parts they usually have on-hand is great and the employees attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile to get you what you need are above par and positive.
