Bought a round trip from hotels.com when I booked my flight. Pickup at airport was easy and quick. For the return trip, it was not as easy. I made the reservations 24 hrs in advance like they asked. They said I would get a text when the driver was on the way. They took all my information down. I didn't get any message letting me know. He was 15 minutes early. (Luckily so was I) then I didn't have the paper printed out with my reservations. Driver gave me an attitude and told me that I have to email it to the office before I could get on. So I had to search through all my emails to try to find it. Then the office didn't get my email, so i ended up having to email it to him. Tip: print out 2 copies of your voucher. One for trip from airport to hotel and on for trip back to airport. Or you may be delayed and get some attitude.
