6 pm. 12/05/20. Went inside to pay for a reserved parking spot. Lady behind the left side register wouldn't put her personal cell phone down until I asked again. She advised me I had to have a registered pilot card to pay for a spot. I took the card, walked to my truck, and attempted to register. Cell service is poor here and I couldnt load a webpage. The back of the registration instruction clearly states it can be registered by a cashier. So I went back in and asked for assistance. Once again she wouldn't put her own cell phone down, and was quite rude. Finally she said she didnt know how to do it because she is new. I asked her if she could ask for help and she rudely stated the gentleman on the right side register was also new. So two new employees without a manager! Finally the guy at the other register suggested I could connect to the pilot wifi and try it that way. The girl said "do you know how to use wifi?". Unbelievably rude. Finally I was able to register my card and purchase a 24 hr spot for $15. My husband went inside after we parked and made a purchase and once again she couldnt be bothered to put her personal cell phone down, making him wait until she put her phone down to assist him. This is the last kind of treatment one wants or expects after a long day driving. Wont ever be back. Please keep someone experienced on duty until your employees are competent. And please require respect from them to your customers.
