They got my vehicle towed back home very fast when it broke down in another state. I was really appreciative of the quick tow after having an issue with my roadside assistance. However when I contacted them the day after to get a receipt so my insurance could reimburse me for the towing bill it was like pulling teeth. The lady on the phone told me she would email it to me when I initially called. Waited all day and even checked my spam folders for the email but never received it. Called them back the next morning and told them I never got it. The same lady apologized and told me they got busy and she would send the email in just a moment. 3 hours later still nothing. I even went to their office but no one was there. I called again and told them that my insurance company would not reimburse me until they send me my receipt. My financial situation wasn't great due to repairs I had to pay on my vehicle. All I got was more excuses. It shouldn't take a day and a half to send one email and I was depending on them to send the receipt so I could get my money back. I asked her to send me the email as soon as possible, and she actually had the audacity to hang up on me. I understand that these places get busy, but there is no reason whatsoever to treat your customers this way. I shouldn't have to go through this much trouble to get a receipt. I eventually did get a picture of the receipt via text. Good grief. For the record, this would have been a five-star review if they hadn't been so rude. If I need towing services in the future I'll look elsewhere.
