This price issue has been partially addressed. One room refunded, but the other was charged more that I agreed to on check in. Adjoining rooms were unavailable (according to manager nonexistant) though promised through reservations. Poor desk girl was sent to our room twice after we were in bed to demand that we return to the lobby to run the card so they could charge me a different price for the room they did find for us. At first we could fix it in the morning. Then she came up again to say the price was changed.Then when I used my cell phone to call the lobby because the land line was not working, I was yelled at by the manager herself that it must be done now!at 10pm. When my daughter took the card down, they charged about $70 more than the paper I had signed at 6:30pm. The room is passably clean, but not covid clean, the road noise level is high, the parking lot is noisy and busy with people late at night. The biggest issue was the rudeness and vacilating price of the manager and lack of respect with which it was handled. I would not be surprised to find that I had been twice charged. I truly feel sorry for the girl at the desk who send to be new and really doing her best. I will not stay at this Quality Inn again and I may avoid others.
