Bought a bike for Christmas for my son, the bike gear had issues. Went to return the bike, customer service didn’t not ask me how I wanted the refund. She Did the refund back to the card I had purchased , which I had closed the account. They couldn’t do anything about it. They have the bike back and now I have to go call to get my money back!!!!! Please train your employees better Not to cause more headaches to your customers!!! Now my son has no bike and I don’t have the money!
