Had a break down this past Friday, was towed into this location, they got my truck into the bay told me me the problem and said that they would be able to get the part by Monday. I was thinking that is not to bad, however when Monday came around they explain that the part was not pulled or placed on the truck, ( lack of communication) When I called to see if the part was in and when it would be ready the told me that the part was never pulled for delivery and said that they were going to have the part Tuesday, At end of day Tuesday came and now they say they received an incorrect part, that again I would need to wait. (lack of communication) someone should have followed through from beginning until the end, not play the blame game. Wednesday arrives the finally have the part but conveniently can not finish until later in the evening. When I finally arrive to discuss my bill, it seems that the bill was already closed and things were added that were never discussed. I paid for 6 days and 5 nights for a hotel, 3 extra days that were unnecessary because of the lack of communication of this location, I have also over paid for this, they could have at least explained in detail what they were doing and asked what I wanted done. Now I am out thousands of dollars, they could have at least offered a discount or some sort of compensation for their delay. UPDATE: After driving on the road the problem still has not been rectified both hubs are still leaking, I am beyond upset. All they can do is apologize, and refer me over to another department. This location needs to take accountability for what is done from start to finish. Poor management. Poor communication.
