Booked and paid for the shuttle service a week in advance. After gathering my luggage I proceeded to the outside booth to check in. The lady in the booth was not the most pleasant. She printed my tickets and said it was going to be atleast an hour wait. I waited 90 minutes without a shuttle ride. Before walking away to get my refund, a empty shuttle pulled up. There were 8 customers waiting, and we all were going to the same hotel. The driver who stopped was rude and said he wasn't going in our direction. He said he was going to downtown, and drove off! Definitely not a good representation of the company and city. Now, keep in mind, his shuttle was empty, and how hard is it to accommodate 8 passengers who prepaid and waited over 90 minutes? Our hotel was only 15 minutes away, but I guess the company rather have negative reviews then good ones! Don't use them! We ended up calling in for a refund (which is another ordeal) and took a taxi. The taxi ended up being $90 less expensive. Definitely won't be using Bell Trans the next time I visit. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
