I have been a loyal customer of FreshDirect for many years, and I am supremely disappointed at how little notice and care/concern were given to alert customers in the Philadelphia area that the company would no longer be delivering/operating. As my primary food shopping source, I am left to seek out other food store suppliers that likely do not carry some of the items that I have bought frequently and have come to rely on over the years. While my review won't do much to affect the company since they are no longer delivering in my area, I caution those that use the service in North Jersey and New York to be prepared to be treated this way at some point. No better way to say it, but their actions this past week just suck.
