We were told an hour for our wait, which was fine. It turned into two hours with no call to let us know why. We are stranded on a busy road, and tried to call them multiple times to figure out what was taking so long, and finally we got an answer and the guy said it was going to be 20 more min since his truck wouldn’t start. We understand that things happen (obviously- it did to us), however, the man TURNED HIS PHONE OFF AND DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP OR GIVE A COURTESY CALL. Ridiculous.

I love this tow company. The people are honest they are less expensive than everybody else. My car was not damaged by them in anyway. They took excellent care of my vehicle. Even when they had it in storage for me. Until I could get it fixed. Very kind courteous the greatest people you could ever work with. If you have any kind of accident ran out of fuel whatever. If you need a tow truck this is the company you need to use. Very outstanding. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I will not use anybody else. And A1 Towing. If you read this I hope it makes you're. Day. You deserve it. More people should use kind words and give credit where it is due. I compliment you highly with all the work you do. It is outstanding.

Had an issue with my car last night. He was very friendly. Very professional. Gave us a very good price on a tow. Would definitely use them again and would recommend him to anyone.

We are out of state and transfer case went out on truck. We have 2 large dogs. He took my pregnant wife and dogs to the Motel and then dropped the truck off at the shop and then took me back to the motel as well. Super friendly and affordable! He was fast in picking us up off the side of the highway as well. He was kind and had great service. If in the neighborhood and needing a tow again we will definitely use him again. Would recommend him to anyone.

We had a young friend whose car slid and ended up balanced on a drainage whistle. We called A-1 towing service. Donovan was AMAZING!!!!! The skills he has left us in awe. He definitely took a bad situation and made it look easy to get out of. Betty was so nice when I called for assistance. Very reasonable in price. Highly recommend.
