Staff did a great job. I'm pretty sure the $40 tip I gave to a wash guy to split amongst the employees just got pocketed though. I'll be sure to give it to crew leader from now on.

When you are OTR 7-days a week practically 365 as a motorcoach operator, I must admit, it is such a blessing to have BLUE BEACON 24-hr truck wash available. Awesome customer service when we come in once a week to have our motorcoach’s cleaned. Always have our motor-coaches looking awesome and rims sparkling.

Spend your time wisely. While you wait 2-3 hours in line to a single wash bay look for another truck wash facility you will need right after you are done here if you want to wash the road salt off of your truck's frame. BB crew will refuse to wash the frame even if you ask them to.

Sometimes you go to BB and get a wash and it looks like minimal effort was given. This was the case for me. It looked like they washed it good. But then again I only watched after I paid and walked to my truck. Before anyone says anything about the photos, these were taken at the Flying J a block or less away. Sick and tired of wasting money for half done wash. Never again

Only place I know around here where I can take my high roof van. It's a big rig car wash but the price isn't too bad just if there is more then 3-4 big trucks lined up be prepared to wait a while or come back another time the trucks and trailers take a while to get washed. My van always looks really clean afterwards satisfied with the crews dedication to detail.

Always friendly and don't mind ya waiting inside (wearing a 😷 of course). But they only have one wash bay. 😡 Wait times can be ridiculous when the weather is nice out!! Other than that, I would've given 5 stars!!

Good customer service but man oh man they do live up to their name streakin beacon...all the streaks left on my truck from missing dirt..all that and a 2 hour wait..but hey my truck looks cleaner and if I have no other choice I'll go there. Just wish they'd pay better attention to detail.

I took my truck in there to get washed and they did a terrible job... The tanks look unwashed, and I could not get them to wash them correctly, these guys didn't even know how to use a scrub brush... All they do is simply spray your truck down, and that will not suffice not for $60 anyway.

These guys were amazing. A truck came in fully loaded with bags of lettuce and it took the four hours to clean that truck out. After that was finished they had six guys scrubbing every inch of my rig and trailer. Was finished in ten minutes tops.

It's very nice people that work there. They do very good work. The problem is that it's one bay, and if you need a washout you may be waiting for a period of time. If you go when it's late it isn't so bad but in the midst of the day, the line is killer.

Small one bay truck wash. In/out quickly for washout. Be prepared for nauseating gas fumes inside washout bay from the heater!! It's horrible.

Although the line up was long, it was well worth the wait. On our way to Gateway for the IndyCar race weekend, we stopped in yesterday to get our Motorhome and pickup washed. The staff did an excellent job! They made sure our RV and truck were clean and shiny. Thanks, we'll be back!

There are not a lot of options in the St. Louis MO area for RV trailer owners who store their rigs and want to keep the expensive toy clean and looking new. Yes you can expect up to a 2 hour wait on busy days and it's a 30 minute drive from my home across the river but more than worth it to me. Affordable compared to mobile service, efficient, and great job done on my new Airstream trailer. The entire staff was pleasant, respectful, and conscientious in their work. They are well aware the wait time is a big customer concern and do their best to deliver a quality service as quickly as possible. Blue Beacon is my GO TO.
