I have been here and waited 3 hours before and I’ve also been here and was in and out. The employees every time have been very polite professional. Sometimes you don’t get that from other wash out places with younger kids so I appreciate that.

They did an alright job. Had to ask them to rewash a bunch of spots that they missed. And still have streaks everywhere. And my biggest complain is I asked them not to use acid on the wheels since they're polished. So they pretty much didn't wash them at all. Wheels are just as dirty as when I came in.

Although they were quick which isn't necessarily a good thing, $110 for a truck and trailer Wash is insane.... Especially in this area where depending on where you are going by the end of your trip the truck will be dirty again....$110 is the reason why I probably will not be back. If they drop their prices to the normal $80 or so they would have probably got more money out of me in the long run

Most Blue Beacons are rocking and rolling, making that money. Not so here... two hr wait for a washout. They were literally outside smoking and joking with no trucks in the bays.

I've never, ever even thought about taking my motorhome and cargo trailer through a truck wash. After hearing several good reports and suggestions, I tried Blue Beacon. We had driven across six states and had collected a lot of bugs. It was right before midnight and two semis were in front of me. The Blue Beacon employee's answered my questions, helped me know what to do, and made me happy that I did it. For this I rate them Five 🌟. I need to add that it was also a learning experience. Immediately after the RV wash our refrigerator started beeping. The pilot light had been blown out during the power washing. The truck wash people could offer no help, but the truck stop employees loaned me an aerosol can of compressed air. I was able to dry out the pilot light area and reignite it. The point being is, the next time I hope to remember to protect the refrigerator pilot light.

I read all the reviews on this Blue Beacon as I was sitting in line waiting my turn to get my Truck & Trailer washed & I seen the mixed reviews. I know no one is perfect but they did an excellent job on both my Truck & Trailer. With all the extras I got on my Truck, I paid $100 & it was worth it. And I had 5 Trucks in front of me when I got there but waited only an hour. In 1 hour & 1/2 I was out of there and the staff was helpful & friendly. Don't trust the bad reviews on this place.

It's only ok to anyhow get by with the DOT. As for your personal liking, truck washes are horrible, and take a look at the picture provided, blue beacon is no better, and this one at at loves, Sioux Falls SD is no better... The huge piece of mud the left on my fuel tank, is pretty much asking what did I pay the far not cheap truck wash for... Kinda pieceuva shame of a truck wash...
