Please be aware!!! They are charging $425 per mile for box truck towing. Answering service fees are ridiculous as well.

Do not use this company. I waited for almost 3 hours. Poor communication. They said that the driver would call, but never did. I ended up cancelling withem and calling another company. Absolutely awful and incredibly frustrating.

1 star because 0 isn't an option...absolute trash service don't waste your time dealing with them. called because my car broke down in an unsafe neighborhood at 11pm at night. they told me it would be 30 min to an hour max for a tow. Upon agreeing to the time and told the price I was told I had to pay upfront and the driver would be in contact with me shortly. Two hours later I had still heard nothing so I called the call center again for the third time this time they told me that they would not be able to send someone out until 9 AM. I told them that this was unacceptable as I had just paid $240 for what was supposed to be a 30-60 min wait and ended up being hung up on and left in a bad part of town at 1am with no tow. I am a 110 pound female they were aware that I was not in a safe area and did not care.

Every one of the 5 star reviews for this company are paid for fake reviews. You can look on their profiles and they one review contracting, plumbing, and towing services. This business is scamming people. Most expensive in the area. Will only come out if they take payment first. Does not stick to timelines. I went with them because they said they would be out within 30-60 minutes. An hour later I get a call saying they would be another hour and 15 minutes. After hanging up they called me back and said there would be a large cancellation fee if I cancelled. I never asked for a refund or to cancel so it's cool to hear them not show up on time, then take words out of my mouth. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Update: do not use these guys, they are actual scammers

I was very pleased with the details driver and his service, he was very pleasant. He even took me back to my apt. He is an asset to the company; very courteous, polite and was professional at all time. Thankyou very much, will recommend your service.
