I feel that everybody is quick to leave a bad review when they are not happy. I had an issue this afternoon with one of our fleet trucks. I have used Hidden Valley Towing when my sky track would get stuck in the mud. Today was a different situation...my F550 dully with the goose neck trailer broke down is an extremely busy area in Houston. I called Hidden Valley and I am beyond words..... excellent customer service by Dorinda (dispatch), on time as promised and Keith (driver) was awesome. I would definitely recommended Hidden Valley Towing. Keep up the good work!

Hello all, my name is Rosey. Myself and 7 other guys were dispatched from a local Texas temporary agency to do some general labor work. Our assignment was to unload a truck that Hidden Valley Wrecker Services was called in on to pull off of its side. The truck and trailer and all of it's contents had the traffic backed up and the entire lane was closed which caused those exiting from the freeway delay also. After we finished the work one of the Hugh Tow Truck drivers, John made a promise to us eight guys about rewarding us for our efficient work ethics. John gave us instructions on how to go about receiving our gifts which we were to go pick up a few days later. I picked up my gift and to my blessing and surprise, God reinforced my determination to continue in being honest and trusting that he has others here in the earth who display honesty and faith. God showed me that Hidden Valley Wrecker Services, owners and employees are among the few in this world who are still honoring Jesus by practicing, righteous acts and goodness towards everybody. Acts 10: 34. At this Peter began to speak, and he said: “Now I truly understand that God is not partial, 35. but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him. Color didn't matter to them, we were all a mixed group of workers each with our strengths and abilities. Thanks Hidden Valley Wrecker Services once again for remaining servants of the public good and especially to God and His Son Jesus. Rosey

Bad and rude service from the "lady" picking up the calls. Every single time I need a wrecker and this woman answers the phone is just to tell me they don't have anything available. I work in a trucking company and I just can't get service from any wrecker company. This one has the flatbed kind of wrecker we need and I just personally think that they are loosing a lot of money because of this woman. Rude and always denying service. Such a waste of time. Not planing to call ever again.
