I had a Service with the shop, They don`t leave notes and they do not pay attention to the details. I had got an issue, They said that they would firstly have to come out to see the issue on my truck which is 40 miles away, and it was just a hose blown out from antifreeze, and it was being overcharged due to the twice of coming. Shanon especially doesn`t listen to the people and she doesn`t care the customer`s needs. So that I told them to wait until i call and don`t come as far as they don`t bring parts in the first time coming. But they came without parts to my truck and asked to get paid for coming out for nothing because of their own fault. i would not recommend this location, I would ask the TOP MANAGEMENT to put everything in order and and put precautions in order not to cause some customers to suffer from their negligence. Everything at store and restaurants is good except for night shift behind counter guy at shop. If you are a different race other than white, go somewhere else when he's around because he will be rude and try to talk down to you. I wonder how many potential customers this night shift has lost because of this clown. Day shift employees are great at this shop though.

If I would have been thinking about it prior I would have taken a picture from the other side to show truly how many semis are actually in the road blocking any access for any of the locals and it's like this all the time even last week there was a cop over there shoo-ing them away to try to keep a lane open, seems it's now up to Petro to figure out something better for these guys so they stopped blocking the road🤷 we are all hoping Petro will step up and correct this issue

Just started working here in the ship. So far manager David has been very helpful. Tech Kenny and doc on second shift have so very helpful and patient with me. It's a little different going from driving these trucks for tens years to working on them. Wish that there was a tool program to help out new employees. But other that I have absolutely no complaints.

Clean restrooms, showers available. Wide variety of snacks and drinks. Iron Skillet restaurant located inside and a Dunkin Donuts. There is a small pet gated pet area near the parking lot if you are traveling with animals

Kingman Exit 66 Petro
This visit i was only parking for the night. However I've been stopping here for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed. Someday when Covid is over I hope to be able to fully enjoy going inside, the fabulous buffet will be back as well as other amenities i used to enjoy. If we don't get the restaurant back to what it was I will strike it off my list...no more supporting business that doesn't support the customers that made them what they are.
