HORRIBLE PLACE!!! My insurance company called this place to go pick up my car. The driver was trying to convince me to have my car taken to this place for repairs instead of what my insurance has picked. I told him 3 separate times. That I wanted to go with the places my insurance chose. It got to the point that I had tell him that if he didn't take my car to the auto-repair shop that I picked, I was going to call someone else to take my car. He got upset with me and took my car. After a month later, come to find out that he never took the car to the auto repair shop and took it back to the towing company. This horrible company and no one has contacted me about the placement of my car. This towing company stole my car and I will be taking legal action.

The gentleman came out to tow my work vehicle. He noticed that my personal vehicle door frame was slightly bent. I proceeded to ask him if he knew of a reputable business that could fix it. He went above and beyond and fixed it enough so that excess air or water from rain wasn’t getting into the vehicle. He even advises me how to do it myself if it wasn’t quite right. It is always a blessing to encounter businesses with integrity and exceptional customer service.

Their drivers are crazy. It’s a family run business so no one will do anything about it. Guy was so close to me he almost rear ended me 5 separate times, mind you we all going 10 over the limit. The truck says “slow down” on it as if they have the right of way all the time? Like what a hypocritical thing. Teach your drivers to drive safely and keep a safe distance and not to get all angry at people because there is traffic. Because next time, I’ll make money off your company. (:

Portillo provides horrible customer service! The vehicle was towed to the wrong location. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, my bigger problem is with the response from this company. After realizing that the car had not reached the intended destination, I called to find out what happened. When I asked why the car was delivered to the wrong location, the man who answered the phone became very rude, upset and yelled that it wasn't their fault. He talked over me and tried to place blame elsewhere. He did not want to discuss it. I had to get a different towing company to take the car to the correct location. I would also like to add that they do not show up in a timely manner. They were hours behind schedule picking up my vehicle. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Portillo’s Towing & Heavy duty recovery
Portillo picked up my car and when they dropped it off the driver hooked my front bumper and ripped the factory clips out. Called for two weeks tryna resolve it but they either wouldn’t answer or hung up. Now I’m having my attorney handle it. Definitely don’t recommend.
