Brandi was AMAZING!!! It was actually her day off , and just happened to be there when we pulled up before they opened. She was willing to help anyways ! She was so kind , knowledgeable and personable!!! Thank you Brandi for going above and beyond!!

I went on Sunday to Public Storage in Jackson. Tom was kind, very helpful. He answered to all my questions and explained everything with details. It is a safe place.

Brandi was awesome, she was nice and very helpful! The prices were good and they were the only ones I found that did the 50% of first months rental! Great experience!

My experience with Brandii was great. She went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. She even took time to assist with contacting my prepaid card service provider to see why my payment would not go through. We got the payment to go through. Excellent customer service
