Amazing Staff, these guys did wonders for our SEMI Truck which needed to be towed, Their Tow guy came up and ask me what was going on with my Truck, I said the Truck is not building up air, which I think could be Air compressor failure. He said Well, let me take a look, He went around the Truck, under the truck, Then Came up with a picture of a part, He Told me that He think is the main cause of our Truck unable to build up some air, He said this part is not expensive, We may call our guys from the shop, ask them if they have, If so, they will fix it for you which will save you a tone of money of towing, Suprised how generous he was not charge money even tho he was here already for Towing. Instead he called the shop guys, and confirmed with them about the part. after that He left for a different assignment which out charging money or towing our Truck. He told me that their guys are in my way trying to fix the problem. After a while, The mechanic guy came up, They fixed the truck for a generous price, I was able to move that same night, God I can't thank them enough. God bless you with more guys🙏🏽

Rusty’s tow truck company driver, hit the fence, light pole and a tree at one of our rental properties. The tenants saw it happened, called the police and notified me. The driver just took off🤬 We had to take a night off work, to attend the council meeting for zoning .  we are not allowed replace it with chain-link only a 4 foot wood or vinyl fence. Rustys Towing Service Inc is now  refusing to pay for it 🤬

When I was in search of a tow for my husband's pick-up truck, I gave them a call at 6am in a panic. The dispatcher was very friendly and personable. The roll back driver even called me and asked if he could come grab the keys to the truck so the loading/unloading process could be done smoother. They delivered the vehicle to the location I had requested and the bill was actually more than fair! I was taken very good care of, I would recommend Rusty's Towing Services to anyone. They are professional and get the job done.

i was broke down on the road stranded 95 degree weather and bout to pass out when i see a rustys towing truck coming up on me i go to wave him on and he stops and asks if i was ok and i said not really lol was waiting on a diff tow truck didnt even know bout rustys he had a vehicle in tow but still stopped and let me chillin his ac inbhis truck for a good twenty mins his name was ricky#299 he saved my life i prolly would have died if he hadnt looked out thanks ricky your a life saver next time i break down im calling rustys towing

8/28/2020 I called rustys to get a box truck towed. It was about 3pm. After a few minutes information exchanging. The lady says okay we can have a driver there in about 60-90mins. Then she asked “how are you paying”. I explained it was a Business AMEX, she asked me to go ahead with the card information. She never even told me how much? So then she told me a price of $250+tax+Fees. I said okay, is there an exact total? She said no, I went with it and gave her the card number, she said I’ll email you a receipt. So showed up to where the box truck is and I sit there for 2 and a half hours waiting. So one of my managers called and asked for an ETA, the lady now says we’re at the bottom of the list and that she can’t give us a time. Okay, so why did you give us a time in the first place? So they also explain I don’t have to be there with the truck and to leave the keys in the vehicle, so I did. About 10:30pm I got a notification that $322.85 was taken, so I guess with taxes and fees that makes sense. But I also got no receipt. Then about an hour later they charge me an additional $403.18. At this point I’m livid. Saturday morning 8/29/2020, my manager calls the office and explains the charges, the lady was rude with my manager and said they don’t see it and that we have to call back Monday for the accounting department. So then magically the money reappears Monday morning. Don’t use, shady shady shady.

I have no doubt that Rusty's is the leader in the towing industry. Not only are they reasonable with prices, they are knowledgeable and professional. The equipment is astounding and driver's are quite helpful. What an amazing place to be employed.

This was a complicated job and I was not easy to deal with. They showed up fast & did a great job. Highly recommend this company.
