Called 4 days in a row, left a message each time plus 3 emails. Apparently no one at corporate cares about an employee who’s basic human rights are being violated each and everyday to return a call or email. Maybe the media will take more of an interest in a trans persons experiences and humiliating experiences than the corporate headquarters.

I had an issue with a product and they more than made it right. I will keep using them.

No PPE for essential employees no hazard pay or bonus for delivering or producing what American families need during your time of need throughout this horrific virus. Great product but there's a need of great people behind the management of this great company.

On October 10th 2018 at approximately 7:15am I was traveling down US 1 going into Apex NC for work and ahead of me was a Quikrete flatbed truck. The truck had dried up pieces of concrete flying off the back and one of the pieces struck and cracked my windshield. I contacted Quikrete directly so they could fix this matter and let them know that the nick was not huge but it needed to be fixed before it spread. This morning I got a call from their insurance company saying they were going to deny my claim because of lack of evidence. Even though I gave them the number on the driver side of the truck when I called. They told me the manager of the site checked the back of the truck when the driver arrived and there was nothing back there to which I replied "that's because it all was blowing off on the highway" but because I didn't have a picture or video they were not going to fix my windshield. It was extremely hard for me to do that going 70 miles an hour on a busy highway without hurting myself or endangering other drivers, so I gathered whatever info I could and called them right away. This company is wrong and they obviously don't have good safety regulations. The number on the driver side of the truck was 205856. I have already reported them to the BBB.
