My name is SCOTT TAYLOR.I booked a load with this company. load#5230025.When i reached the PU location they refused to give us the load. I asked for TONU and the 55 miles rate WITH THE RPM ON WITH THE LOAD BOOK ($3.1).AND THEY ARE LIKE WE HAVE $150 AS IM NOT BEGGING TO YOU GUYS AND IM ASKING FOR MY RIGHT AND YOU RUIN MY DAY AS WELL. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY TRUCKING LIFE .I HAVE THE PROOF AND RECORDING AS WELL.

Absolute worst company to deal with. I booked a load with them and now its been 60 days since they was sent the invoice for the load and they will not respond to any emails and when I call they just keep saying I need to talk to a different person but when they was first contacted they tried telling me I didn't run the load even though I have the signed proof of delivery paperwork so they are just trying to screw me out of having to pay me to finish the load one of there drivers dumped the loaded trailer in a gravel lot so I delivered the load and returned the trailer just like I agreed to do and now they will not pay me for it what a terrible company to do business with and companies like this is exactly what is wrong with the trucking business today. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

The worst customer service and dispatchers ever our tax dollars pay for. The way this company staff talk to the driver's that put their life on the line to deliver the American people mail, is sickening. As if, they are doing the hard work. We already have to keep a clear head and a peace of mind when on the road. This company employees are short with you, nasty tone of voice, argumentative when they are suppose to be negotiating, and will hang up on you before closing out the conversation. All of this is happening when you have a simple question about a load. I thought it was just the action of one. Noooo, all of them act this way. FedEx, UPS, many other mailing companies that push out even more mail, with even more pressure to produce results, still treat all driver's like the heroes we are, our life is on the road daily, so that we as drivers make sure everyone gets what they need to serve. And we LOVE WHAT WE DO! It is sad when we run across companies with so much disrespect for what we do. This is really a sick environment and bad culture the owner and management team allow. This company employee's should not be okay with this behavior.

Don't even know where to begin. Husband drives for this company. When he first started it was terrific. It has gone down hill since 10 roads took over. He has to fight them to get all his pay that is owed to him. His driver manager is not helpful at all. Payroll won't respond to him regarding missed pay. It's just a frustrating mess.

Don't believe all you read .people are going to make stuff up .it's a good job good money great home time they like many other companies have their issues but I have been treated with respect by everyone I have dealt with. I've been driving for 32 years and they are one of the best .they have good quality driver's that have been with them for 20+ years if it was a bad place to work for you wouldn't have guys staying that long .it's easier to say negative things about someone then to say positive things. Find out for yourself.
