My husband, one-year-old son and I were in an incredibly serious accident on 150 about a month ago. Our car was flipped three times by another vehicle that crossed the line into our lane, almost causing a head-on collision. The responding state trooper called the contracted tow companies that work with the state to retrieve our car, which was a total loss. Unfortunately, All Over Towing towed our vehicle that day. This towing company, without being asked or asking permission from the property owners, proceeded to “remediate” the lawn we landed in with a bag of seed and two bales of straw and tried to charge us over $2,000 for this work. Our car was held “hostage” for three weeks racking up massive storage fees while the insurance company was disputing the charges. We finally spoke with the State Troopers who handle these tow companies, and they fixed the problem. No more astronomical landscaping charges from the tow company. But now, over $600 in storage fees for the vehicle have been accrued. It appears that this company tried to take advantage of us during a traumatic and vulnerable experience. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY. If you ever are in an accident and they tow you be sure to double-check your invoice. And if they charge you ridiculous fees, call the State Troopers.

After I revisited the scene, they didn’t even get all of the pieces of the car. From the moment I called this company was extremely courteous/well-mannered and professional. Not only did they have outstanding customer service but was very prompt to come out to my rescue!☺️ Joel gave me a courtesy call before coming before coming and was there with in 30 minutes. He was very polite and accommodating. Quiet a gentleman😊 It was unfortunate that I had to have my truck towed, but I'm very grateful that I was fortunate enough to come across this towing company! I could tell that they take pride in their company and what they do. Joel made my day! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so I'm extremely appreciative. Thank You 😊

I wish I could give these guys 5 stars- They did do a good job getting my motorhome from where it broke down to a local repair shop. But $1200 to tow a small RV just ONE MILE from a hardware store parking lot to a local repair shop? This was straight-up price gouging.

The work truck a drive for a dealership broke down on I-40 on 9/24/21. All Over Towing responded and did a great job. Driver Brandon was professional and safe. Truck towed back to Kville and was parked where it will be repaired. I do highly recommend this company. JD
