Hiring this company in this difficult pandemic was the best decision I made. Very understanding and super nice people. Jan the office manager was extremely organized and prepared . John the owner can be a bit stubborn but is an amazing guy and will get the job done. I couldn’t believe how fast the Packers were. Everything went perfectly I highly recommend these movers. You will be satisfied. Also they save me a trip to taking my unwanted items to my local Goodwill because they take donation which worked out great I also got a tax write off.. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👊🏻👍🏻

I rarely leave poor reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because my opinion is a paradox of 2 different experiences. They were very professional and efficient during the scheduling, packing and moving process. Things got a little shaky during delivery and unloading. I can't fault them fully for this, because they were using locally contracted help. The "locals" constantly complained throughout the entire process, and were very careless with our possessions. We noticed several items in the garage that were just thrown down and broken, but didn't discover the damage until days later when we got to the bottom of the "pile". My major issue is with some items that are missing. It may seem like no big deal to have a few items missing in an out of state move. I am a professional chef by trade and have been for many years. An entire box of high end kitchen utensils, as well as my personal collection of Damascus steel kitchen knives were missing. When I called to inquire, nobody would return my call. I left multiple messages over a 2 week period, as well as had my realtor who recommended them call. No response. I find it incredibly irritating that the phone was answered immediately before full payment, but crickets after. I guess great customer service expires upon payment...
