Best Western Plus Dallas Hotel & Conference Center

Our 2 room suite was comfortable but a little tight for 4. Had to go back to the desk for evening housekeeping due to staff shortages. Staff was very pleasant.

Hotel pictures in best Western app are probably old. Room was with smell of mold and some broken furniture (even after the nice reception lady replace our room it was not much better). Air-condition in the room was good and functional. Hallways are going under renovation so not very welcoming. Staff is amazing. Great service , kind and warming. Brakefast was very good and fresh.

Upon arrival we saw a police car in the very front of the hotel, and even though he said that everything was fine (rude man), he got out of the car and was inspecting the place. We didn't feel safe, not even leaving the car on the side parking lot did. There is only one entry and one exit, which doesn't sound too safe either, especially since the place is quite big. The bedroom didn't look clean, the bathtub had rust so I didn't even dare to shower in it. The water didn't drain easily, so that was even more disgusting. The pillows were really hard, half-sized, and to make things worse the window had sheer curtains and there was a REALLY bright light outside the window which did not let me sleep. I had to find a hair pin to kind of put the two sides of the thick part of the curtain together to kind of block part of the light. The elevators have a strong and awful smell. Terrible. I do not know what it was. I had to hold my breath before going in them until I was out of them. The neighbors were loud, and it smelled like people were smoking everywhere, parking lot and inside the rooms. Breakfast wasn't too bad. They had eggs, potatoes, muffins, orange juice... It didn't taste too good, but not terrible, either. Terrible stay, especially because of the price we paid for it.

Hotel/room was clean & quiet except for the A/C unit which was loud. We had to wait to check in until after 12:00 in order to avoid early ck-in fee. TV controller & coffee maker not working properly. Reported when we checked out very early. Bed was very comfortable. Complementary breakfast was very good: served fast and food was hot!

Booked an event room and everything was perfect. So was Autumn. She helped me every step of the way. If you go there ask for her. You won't be disappointed.

As I approached the hotel, I noticed blue lights on the pillars of the area covering the entrance which gave it the Holiday Season look. I was impressed at how nice the lobby looked. The front desk staff was very helpful & was quick to get our room info. While standing at the front desk, I turned around & noticed a sitting area with what I would consider comfortable seats. The elevator is a quick walk from the front desk. The hallway & elevator were clean. The room looked exactly like the picture. Nice bathroom, TV, & desk w/ a chair. They do offer breakfast & it's awesome!

Very poor... ZERO stars. My son is an "essential worker" and his shifts do not end on time anymore. After traveling for five weeks, we made plans to meet him late on Thanksgiving for a family reunion. To avoid having to drive for three hours to get home, we reserved and paid for a room at this hotel and a relaxing drive home today. After securing his equipment at the company depot, we arrived at this hotel much later than we expected. The night manager refused to honor our reservation, then "offered" to rent us a room for today at an additional fee and to extort a $25.00 "early check-in fee." We declined this "offer" and drove home. This hotel failed to fulfill its commitment to us, attempted to take advantage of us, and ruined what should have been a joyous family event.

I did not stay here but I dropped by to visit family and I was pleasantly surprised at the updated lobby and rooms. Also, based on the positive feedback from family, I would not hesitate recommending this location as a nice spot to stay for visitors.

Did should be called The Worst Western Minus. I would never wish for my worst enemy to stay at this motel with inside rooms. The elevator and rooms are extremely small. The doors to the rooms work when they want to. We sent up a request to the front desk and the maintenance man did come in a timely manner. He checked to see if the room key worked after replacing the batteries and it worked. I never noticed the maintenance guy never closed the door to see if it would unlock the door for us to enter until my fiance had to run an errand and I still had to open the door for him. when you close the door it doesn't shut unless we slam it 3-5 times. The key to the door works only when it wants to. The front desk were going to change us to a room of the same size therefore we asked if they had an upgrade available, she said she didn't know therefore she had to check the system before she changed us into another room. She went downstairs then called us saying that there were no upgrades available including the room she would move us to was no longer available since she booked it too. This company only cares about profit over quality. They lied to "Booking.com" on how everything went like we were just trying to get over on them. They would like to book newcomers for comforts over the customers already staying in the room at the property. In order for you to stay at the property, they will make you go through constant issues until you go past checkout time therefore they will charge you for another night's stay anyway. I am still staying here tonight but will not return ever again. If there are other links they have to this page or establishment, I will place my review until everyone knows. I have stayed at plenty of Best Western Plus hotels since I am military and always chose Best Western Plus but this one is the ultimate disrespect.
