Only work here if you’re single and don’t care what time you start or finish, and if you only like perks of paid hourly. Otherwise there’s nothing to gain here.
There’s driver facing camera with AI technology to detect your face movements, auto trucks, start times depend where you live you can expect to be up around midnight to 4 am and run till as late as 7-8 pm. You’ll go to Woodville plant, or stay with grand river.
The only good perk was 27 a hour, no holiday pay unless you work, I think there’s vacation pay, paid weekly, taking time off is next to impossible since you don’t get the schedule till as late as 5-6pm but have to start so early, originally I was told 30 days notice for a day off, I mean honestly there’s better places to work for sure.

The facility is quite nice... the company has invested in newer trucks which helps their CSA scores. My only hope is that their new Director of Safety will be vigilant in the inspection process and not let the owner down!

Horrible, horrible place everyone is family so i guess that means you dont get into trouble when your dispatcher swears at you and belittles you and all the drivers and they just let him keep doing it,its unreal the lack of respect to a 17 year driver

One of their trucks cut me off on 422 in Solon.
There were big rocks and other debris flying off the top and hitting cars including mine.
Almost caused a multiple vehicle accident.
I called their headquarters in Warren, Ohio and left a long detailed message. Nobody returned the call.

I enjoy working for Big Blue. Nice people my experience thus far has been great. Just like any company it has it's short comings and you have your good and bad days but I continually see management trying to improve things. Long hours but if you're willing to work they're willing work with you for time off etc....
