Friendly helpful staff and great food They will let you try a sample of the pork steak to see if you would like it. Since they cure there own meat and rub down with there family recipe. Yes! Some pieces are saltier than others. Well cured. Just scrumptious ....

Had dinner there today. Really Salty! ... as some other people said. Really dried out BBQ...either sitting to long or overcooked. Other items bland or food service preprepared. Bathroom Nasty/Smelly! Cheap foam plates. Good price but still not worth it! Girls that work there very nice... Thus the one star for them. Would not recommend. Definitely not quality food.

Hutto Logistics C2C for B J's Travel Center
Pork Steak Heaven on paper plate. The buffet is $7.99 and has many choices. Smoked chicken, ribs, pulled pork and slabs of pork steak. The pork steaks were very tender and smokey. The hash brown casserole was really good. I really enjoyed those two items the most. The other meats were dried out a little. There are several side items to choose from along with salad and cold pasta noodles, but I didn't care to try any of those. The buffet is in a truck stop convenience store. It's small, but has plenty of tables and the ladies were very nice and helpful. Parking lot is a little rough in the rear area, lot nicer if you get a chance to park closer up front.
