My experience with Blue Chip was exceptional in April 2021. I always meant to write a review and never did. My move involved my furnishings going to three different places: an LA rental, long term storage, and to a container shipped to HI. The team was phenomenal. Crating of items very important to me was involved. Well, I recently had reason to contact them about my long “lost” storage as I was never billed monthly. They responded immediately. I was so impressed. I always felt I had the most personal service with them and today just cinched it.

I stored my entire apartment with blue chip movers over the summer and still have not seen my belongings. Blue chip moving lost all of my clothing, personal belongings and furnishings that I’ve collected over time. The company has done little to nothing in terms of reparations and refuses to pick up any of my phone calls. Please if you do anything in this life, avoid this moving company at all costs.

Recently moved into my first home and had to bring over all my stuff just a few miles away. Two trucks were provided with four movers. The movers worked together like a well-oiled machine. They got the trucks loaded and brought everything over and unloaded after a little bit of lunch. All of the furniture was carefully wrapped, all of the boxes and things were carefully handled. Nothing was broken - everything arrived in the condition in which it was before I moved. Highly recommend this company!!

Completely unprofessional. Never got advanced notice the crew was showing up, crew fought amongst itself and complained through the whole unpacking. Caught one of them throwing one of my boxes down the ramp and found several of them in pretty bad shape.

review I cannot say enough for mabout my experience with Dave Kearney and Blue chip movers. I had a long haul move to Hawaii from California. I have moved no less than 30 times in my life.. I have never, never ever had a move go this seamlessly; I did not even know a move could go smoothly! I had such bad experiences In the past.. so many I can’t even list them all.. Dave came by and beat the price all the other movers I had met with. The team he assigned us led by Marcus were Amazing! They came and did all of our packing for us . We had several pieces crated. Every single piece was individually wrapped. I mean everything. They worked well into the evening so we could have everything out on time. they didn’t even take a lunch break. A huge move across an ocean and not one single solitary thing was broken or missing. Thank you Dave and Marcus!

Just had the worst experience. This was a military move. Every one of these items was boxed and/or wrapped by the moving company in New York. Our understanding was that all items would be put away in CA in the same manner that they were picked up from in NY. All of our folded clothing was unpacked from boxes and thrown onto our bed along with our perfume and colognes. 3 trays of my make up were unpacked from boxes and thrown onto the bed. My bare wax candles were unpacked from boxes and thrown onto our bed. 2 glasses of marbles (used to hold make up brushes) were unpacked, unwrapped and thrown onto our bed - loose marbles just thrown onto a bed. The bare wax candles bled all over our comforter and expensive restoration hardware bedding. These items are now stained. We would have rather have left all items boxed that were already neatly folded as opposed to these items being thrown onto our bed. We now have to refold everything making double triple work for us. Seems extremely odd to me to just spitefully launch people’s clothing, perfumes (these things are glass with fluid in them), makeup and bare scented wax candles all over a bed. Everything is balled up. Totally confused at this point.
