California Traffic Defenders

I am new to CA, I started new job in January 2019. After 3 weeks of training, I started my shift in San Mateo. Unfortunatley in Massachusetts there are no "Stay Clear" signs written on streets in Massachusetts, so I was not looking for it, i did not notice it when I pulled second in line at a red light. Cop came around the corner looked at him. I am thinking, oh here is a nice friendly cop. he pulled me over and gave me a citation for over $200.00 maybe $300.00. I explained I was new to CA, and did not see the sign (truth). He didn't care... This is no one's fault but my own, I made the error, I however that cop took 40 minutes to write that citation. He probably wanted to give me more, but my bills surrounding my car and home are always good. He gave me to ticket anyway. He had to meet a quota. These fine people here took my case after a quick phone call. They were some of the sweetest, responsive and informative peopl I have ever met. With a few details rendered, a small service payment under $300.00, I sat back to allow them to do their job. They sent weekly updates on the status of my case. On March 21 I received the delightful email from California Traffic Defenders that my case has been dismissed. YES, they did that. And I WON. I am so grateful. Call them, email them. I got a ticket for going about 20 over. CTD just got it dismissed! They saved me in fines, time spent in court, and a point on my record! Highly recommended!

They attended court for me as I was several hundred miles away from the court. It didn't go the way I wanted, and I'm rather disappointed in that, but aside from that they were professional in their responses. Speeding citation was reduced to traffic school, which I could have done myself in person, so I didn't think there was incredible value for someone local, but they saved me in a pinch for sure so no complaints here on the result.

I got a traffic ticked for "using a cellphone whle driving" in June or July 2019. I contacted California Traffic Defenders through an online service app called "Off record" or so. And they informed me in June 2020 that the case as been dismissed. So, I think that's wonderful, and shows they are effective.

Highly recommend Off The Record. I had a ticket and it was completely dismissed, no points, nothing on my driving record and no fines!! My lawyer was always quick to respond and gave clear direction on how they gonna handle the case. Greatly appreciated the service.
